AI-assisted coding can feel wonderfully direct until the same small decisions start appearing between the interesting parts: accept, retry, clarify, speak, adjust. Those moments are easy to dismiss because each one is small. Together, they shape the rhythm of a session.
The keyboard is already doing a lot
Your main keyboard remains the best place to write, navigate, and edit. We do not want to replace it. Vibokey starts with a narrower question: what would it feel like to give the recurring conversation around an AI tool a dedicated surface beside it?
Physical does not mean complicated
A useful control should reduce decisions, not create a new system to learn. That is why the current concept is intentionally small: a few repeatable interactions, voice close at hand, and enough tactile feedback to keep attention on the problem.
Still a concept, deliberately
Vibokey is early. We are testing the direction before making claims about final hardware, integrations, availability, or performance. The best next version will come from seeing how real people work and listening carefully to what earns a place on the desk.
